Guest guest
Yes, same with me. I can't juggle and I don't " multitask " and that's what this feels like. But I have managed to do it twice now. The second time, I got a little of the orgasmic feeling again, not as strong as the first time, though. And then last night, I tried it during love- making with my husband and had 2--count them 2!--orgasms! I can't remember the last time I had that happen! (and my husband hasn't suddenly gotten better or tried a new technique!) And that was with only half an effort. So even a little of it has an effect, on me at least. It's worth trying... Guest guest
Interesting that you say that Valarie, I tried it the other night with my hubby too! It was just an instinct since I felt a lot of sensations when trying the technique. I have already experienced increased orgasm activity since the K, but my husband reported " the best one he can ever recall " . I guess it affected him as well, lol. I am having trouble keeping both going at once too. I am getting better at it, I think it is just going to take some time. Sarita , " Valarie Vousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > Yes, same with me. Guest guest
The Kegal exercise used to move the energy up the spine in this particular exercise is actually a well-known tool in lovemaking. The contractions you ladies are making can be felt by your husbands as a titilating compression of the penis (making you feel 'tighter' to them...like a virgin again, lol) and will also heighten your own response...as you found out! I learned the exercise during Lamaze classes. It is also a good exercise to strengthen the muscles of the rectum and urethra and cervix, which can help to prevent incontinence, bowel leakage, and problems associated with the aging of the uterus. For what it's worth, we ladies can achieve orgasm 'sans partner' simply by doing the Kegal exercise!! Guest guest
I'm already well aware of the Kegel exercises and have been doing them for years. I think it must have been the energy in my case. Look at our little Claud giving sex ed lessons! Who would have guessed? *wink* Sarita , Claudia <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > The Kegal exercise used to move the energy up the spine in this particular exercise is actually a well-known tool in lovemaking. Guest guest
I, too, have used this for years. I remember it shocked my husband the first time he felt it. He'd never felt that before. It is a good love- making tool. What's different is the mental visualization of the balls (of light), moving up the spine, etc. while being stimulated at the same time. I thought since I felt orgasm coming on before when I did it during meditation, why not try it for the real thing and WOW, I didn't expect such a big bang! And yes, my husband had such a strong orgasm I thought he was having a seizure! So it did something to him as well! And it happened our daughter was staying over at the grandparents or we couldn't have just let it all out like we did---she would have been scared by what she heard!!! heehee And I've done extensive Kiegel exercises esp. since having my daughter but never had an orgasm from doing it. I WISH! It feels good but never to that strong an effect. LOL Love, Valarie
