The triangle is formed from the neck (underneath the

chin), to the front of the forehead and then to the

back of the head at the same line as the forehead, and

then back to the top of the spine. This makes a

triangle, the energy then continues down the spine at

the back of the body.

The line the energy makes through the body is not a

triangle but a line straight up the front, and then

straight down the back.

The triangle is in the mind, upside down.
