Guest guest
Earlier this evening around 5:45 p.m. fire trucks were dispatched to our church due to a possible fire! Well, there was a fire! The fire was in the kitchen! So where is the thanks in all of this, it is in the fact that no one was there and that no one was hurt! At this time no one knows the extent of the damage from the fire or from the smoke which was billowing out of all parts of the church, but we know that because it is God's House all will be great, not the material parts, but the spiritual part! The other part is that our board of directors for Brighter Tomorrows was to hold a meeting there tonight at 6:00 p.m. the same time the fire broke out and we changed it to December 10 instead and the Boy Scouts hold their meeting there every Monday at 6:00 p.m. as well! So I ask that you please say a prayer of thanks for no injuries. Love, Katherine
