Normally I try not to talk directly of my experiences as it is best not to look to phenomena for validation. I know what truth is inside. To have what chrism refers to as " strength of discernation " . It sets the stage for more of the universe in all its beauty to be open to ones senses. I am also a calm and collected person but trust me - when this occurred I was every bit as spun out as you would expect. I broke down on numerous occasions and was taken right to the edge and back again. It didn't help that I was scared to sleep when it began happening and no-one believed me, except one person who was scared of me. This continued for many months.
