Guest guest
I have a new puppy named Jake, adopted him for the animal shelter 3 weeks ago. He's 3 months old and is a Shepard Mix. The strange thing is is that he has growled at me three times already since he's been here. This morning, as we were sitting on the couch relaxing, I looked at him and he had this strange look on his face. It was as if I turned into a stranger. As he was looking at me he began to growl exposing his teeth. And I'm thinking, 'are you kidding? we just snuggled a few minutes ago!' Then I began to think that animals can see so much more than humans can. Perhaps he was picking up on my Kundalini energy or light. But I would think it would be a soothing thing to look at or perhaps in time he will get used to it cause it's a new vision for him? A minute later he comes over and gives me some lovin'. He doesn't growl at any other family member, it's just been me. Either my dog goes occasionally psycho or my K is playing with him. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks lisa
Guest guest
Lisa, I am no animal expert, but my understanding is that animals are usually attracted to spiritual energy and the K. I am not sure it's a good sign that your puppy occasionally turns against you. He might have suffered some abuse before you got him from the shelter. I am sure it's treatable, though. Guest guest
You may have some presences that the dog feels are dangerous and that it feels pose a threat to you or him or both. You are a gifted person Lisa and those gifts do not go unnoticed. If this continues I would consider another dog. Not because this dog is bad but because you may not be able to control what is attracted to your space. Some consciousness can be threatening. - chrism
Guest guest
My lab that I used to have appeared to go psycho on me one night, and it turned out he was having a seizure. Later thought it was from doggie vaccines, as was his arthritis. :-( I didn't know better at the time. Just a thought. I hope Jake is feeling better! Guest guest
When you say '/some consciousness can be threatening/', what do you mean exactly? The pup is good most of the time, he's just going through some training. Returning him isn't an option for us, since he came from the shelter. But perhaps if the growling continues for the next few months, that would be considered dangerous for me. Who knows, he's a good dog, so only time and continued training will tell. I do remember that I had just finished the Tibetan Rites when he began to growl, perhaps I should keep him in the crate during this time? Thank you for your input, and I will keep you updated blessings lisa chrism wrote: > > You may have some presences that the dog feels are dangerous and that > it feels pose a threat to you or him or both. Guest guest
A discarnate that can be seen by the dog can be threatening to the dog. If the discarnate is attached to you then that sense of threat can become shared by both you and the discarnate in the eyes of the dog. You go with what you feel is best Lisa. If it is a training issue then that can easily be corrected. - blessings to you and your puppy - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you for the explanation. That does make a whole lot of sense. We'll see what becomes of it. I should of gotten a cat! lisa chrism wrote: > > A discarnate that can be seen by the dog can be threatening to the > dog.
