In regards to meditation I would suggrest those that are most comfortable for you but without the invocation of an earth bound fellow human being. Meditation that stills the mind. There are many and for me to dictate this to you may take you from one that suits you best so either make one up from all of your own experiences with meditation or find one that helps you into a receptive and relaxed state of being. If you are still having difficulty then sit comfortably and follow your breath as described in the safeties with the compression breathing or the triangular breathing. Allow your forgivenesses and recapitulations to trigger a release of immediate concerns and allow your self to be given into the threshold of an activation.
