Guest guest
>Please give an introduction of yourself to the group and if you feel comfortable doing so mention your interest or an experience you have had with regards to the Kundalini. My name is Brandi Jasmine. I'm here because I am interested in Kundalini. In my early 20's I started to have strange experiences. I did not know what they were, I would wake up in the middle of a dream, knowing I was " asleep " , but I could not wake up. I'd be paralyzed, having an awful buzzing or electrical sensation, a rushing noise in my ears, and I was be beset by strange visions and dreams for months. I was raised in a fundamentalist Christian family. I had no idea how to interpret what was happening to me. I eventually reached out to people outside my family and friends, one of whom told me about Kundalini, another who suggested that my particular experiences were " partial out of body " experiences. I later went into a career as an intuitive consultant and astrologer, and have written about these experiences. I decided to join this group as it was recommended by someone on another group, and I feel I have a lot yet to learn about Kundalini, in particular its physical effects on health. Guest guest
Welcome Brandi! Having had a good bit of experience with OBEs, I believe that your sleep paralysis and the loud noises were precursors to an OBE. Some of the symptoms of Kundalini awakening are similar to those of the OBE as well, so it's hard to say. This is a wonderful place to learn about Kundalini and the group is very supportive and friendly, so you came to the right place! A good place to start learning about K is at our website: www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com Glad you joined us! Blessings & love, Claudia Brandi Jasmine <jazztalk wrote: >Please give an introduction of yourself to the group and if you feel comfortable doing so mention your interest or an experience you have had with regards to the Kundalini. Some of the symptoms of Kundalini awakening are similar to those of the OBE as well, so it's hard to say. It took me some time to figure that out ... I also had several full OOBEs at the time, but I did not start learning about the similar symptoms right away. Back then, I saw them as separate issues, but I now believe these " different " syndromes are part of a spectrum of experiences. People just describe them differently, depending on their cultural background and their own depth of knowledge. I had avoided learning much about Kundalini until now, honestly, mainly because of the jargon <g> ... but also because of my religious upbringing. >This is a wonderful place to learn about Kundalini and the group is very supportive and friendly, so you came to the right place!
