Guest guest
Dearest Dan O - How nice to meet you and your little noisy friends! I am Becky. You are not alone with such orchestra, I have these noises since I was a child, but with an awakening Kundalini the noises has really intensified. It's funny you mentioned Cicadas, I used to live in Tucson, AZ and they are everywhere there. I was trying to discern , the other day, if the particular noise I was hearing was indeed a Cicada like sound. Yes, if you focus on them they become very loud, it happens to me when I meditate. Sometimes I feel like I am merging with the sounds, becoming the sound itself. Then the energies begins to run up my body and I feel I AM a rocket! lol a noisy one for sure. The best thing I do is just be with the sounds and body sensations, surrender to them. I find myself more and more detaching from the noises and body sensations, like an observer acknowledging its presence but not becoming to fascinated by them. I have heard a variety of noises, each person will " hear " differently of course. I've heard drums, gongs, waterfalls, flutes, thousands of crickets (those little guys were annoying), a choir, bells (bells are always ringing, all day, all night) but never ever a frog! I want to hear a frog!!!!! I've better be careful with what I wish for, Kundalini has a funny way of teaching me lessons, lol. Dan O, the website is full of wonderful information. It'll guide you with your symptoms and educate you further or as needed. Welcome, to you Dan O, and thank you for sharing your noisy experiences it resonates with mine! Thanks for the warm welcome. Once I heard a lovely, gong-like tone, but I was with a long-time meditator and martial artist, and I chalked it up to his influence. Thanks again, Dan O
