Good morning group! We are Chrism’s Travel Advisory Council (CTAC), composed of

6 members of the K group. We are an independent council formed at Chrism's

request to establish Guidelines to protect from potential harm to his

personal and professional reputation when he meets with members. Prior to

formulating the Guidelines, we discussed with at length his thoughts,

ideas, and needs regarding his visits with members, and he has approved the

Guidelines we have created.

Based on our understanding of what envisioned for the Guidelines, our

main goal was to keep him out of situations from which rumors or innuendo could

later arise, such as private meetings with female members; and situations in

which the nature of his role could be misconstrued, such as healing incursions

(he does not represent himself as a medical doctor).

The Visitation Guidelines are printed below. They will also be added to the

Files section. If you have any questions about these Guidelines, please email

ctacouncil-owner .

enjoys touring to meet with members and we hope that these Guidelines

will enhance the process for and group members!

Chrism’s Travel Advisory Council’s

Suggested Guidelines for Visitations with Group Members

For Chrism’s protection and for the sake of propriety as travels to

meet with

group members, we have created a set of guidelines:

To optimize Chrism’s time and effort as well as the expenses involved in

traveling to meet with members, it is suggested that meetings include at least 3

members. To protect from possible rumor or slander as he travels to meet

with members, we recommend that he meet with female members in groups of two or

more people.

Regarding travel expenses, will pay them as much as he is able. We

suggest that the members who are gathering to meet with help to pay his

travel expenses as needed. There also may be money available in the group’s

Community Funds to help with these expenses. feels strongly that no one

should be denied a visit due to the cost, so in the case where someone is unable

to contribute to travel expenses, Community Funds will be used and/or donations

from the membership will be solicited (members needing help from the Funds will

remain anonymous, of course).

We recommend that, for reasons of personal safety, should not sleep in

his truck. It would be preferable that stay in a hotel or a private home

during a visit; in the case that stays in a private home, he prefers to

sleep in a private room. To protect him from any incidents of rumor or slander

that may arise from staying in the homes of single female members, we recommend

that he be given sleeping accommodations in a hotel room or with a couple or a

family.

When possible, regional seminars should be planned in lieu of meetings.

Seminars would allow for maximum access to on the road and would optimize

the use of travel funds and/or members’ financial resources.

For the sake of propriety, we recommend that not travel privately with

female group members. The exception to this guideline would be the case of a

female member who is assisting in the arrangement of seminars.

Obviously, however, the two would obtain separate hotel rooms if overnight

travel is involved.

In the case of an in-person healing incursion, another person should be

present at all times as a witness to the healing (for convenience, this

'witness' could be a friend, relative, or neighbor of the person receiving the

healing). To protect all parties involved, a Waiver will be signed by Chrism,

the person to receive the incursion, and the third party. This Waiver is

recommended so that the person receiving the incursion enters the incursion

having given his/her permission for the incursion and acknowledging his/her

understanding that is not a medical professional.

These guidelines shall apply to Apprentices as well.

Any group member having questions about these guidelines should address them

to

CTACouncil-owner .
