Since joining this list I have had to confront many things about myself and take steps to get into a place where I can feel ok and worthy of accepting the gifts of love and light that are given in the Shaktipat. The practice of the safeties has prompted this cathartic journey for me. I hope that one day I will be able to complete the journey and help others who find themselves in a similiar state of being.
