Guest guest
Hi All, I've recently joined but have been too busy to post. I have a background in Tibetan & Theravadan Buddhism but am very eclectic in my approach. At the moment I have progressed into calm abiding (samatha) but I'm keen to activate the Kundalini. I've read all kinds of stuff on how to do this but for some reason I can never stick at any one method; spinal breathing, navel chakra or whatever. Is there anything that you could recommend? I would be very grateful. Namaste Sand
Guest guest
Hello.... Welcome to the group. I would recommend that you take a look at our web page and read the Safeties found at: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html or for just the website and lots of information go to: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com Then sign up of Shaktipat. Shaktipat is given by here but it is up to you to do the practice and stick to it, everyday. The five tibetans yoga, the breathing excercises etc, all found on the website. If you have read through the safeties and are willing to follow them, visit our group at and place your photo in the AAA Scatterfield Album and also in the Winter Solstice Shaktipat Album. Then write a declaration of permission to Chrism asking for Shaktipat. If you look through some previous posts you will see examples of such declarations made by other members. Blessings and welcome. Any more questions don't hesitate to ask away..... Elektra x x x ________ Sent from Mail - a smarter inbox http://uk.mail.
