Guest guest
Dear Chrism, This is in regards to something you said in one of your messages in regards to things to do and avoid in preparation for shaktipat ( I would like to quote it verbatim but I can't find it). When you say we should avoid other practices, do you mean other Kundalini-related practices or practices like Reiki (for instance, Reiki attunements)? I hope this isn't a silly question but I just want to be sure. Many thanks. Cathy.
Guest guest
I believe is referring to other practices that are not given here. Sometimes things can interfere or cause a conflict. If in doubt, ask first.
