Just want to offer much grattitude and boundless love to all and say

that I am feeling better and better every day since joining this

group. I am so grateful for the support and the teachings shared here.

Last night I enjoyed the deepest sleep that I've had for 9 months and

had the feeling of my heart opening wider and wider all night as I

slept. I also had some very incredible dreams that I'de like to share

in more detail later, but they involved my deceased grandfather

playing guitar and singing songs. The experience of his presence and

the beauty of the songs were so lovely that I was moved to tears and

completely overcome with the deepest feeling of unconditional love

accompanied by a very healthy feeling of relieving some long pent up

grief. I can also feel all of the blocked and stagnant energy

beginning to release and clear. Just wanted to write something to you

all and say thank you so much.

I join this list at the end of September and all I can say is that

each day since joining has been a blessing to me . I am glad to hear

you are feeling better and it seems from your dream that you are

healing while you sleep also . I wish all the best to you .
