Guest guest
Thanks so much, my little happy Lektra-bunny! Last night she looked a little nervous, for falling asleep. I wanted to keep her in her cage for a couple of days, because I want her to get a safe and secure feeling for the cage. That way, she won't not want to go into it when I have to leave for work. Also, in a new home; and suddenly away from all that she'd been used to..she seemed to need a safe place to stay alone for a while, and just get adjusted. She let me hold her and pet her and she loves being petted and cuddled, but when I saw that nervous little look on her face at bedtime, like maybe she didn't think she'd be able to fall asleep in a new home; I sat down beside her cage and whispered her a lullaby. It was one espevially made for rabbits, and just in case humans haven't spoken to her much and she doesn't understand the words, I made the images in my mind, for her to read. As soon as I envisioned and sang about little Smokey in a safe warm cage, with all the love in the world, and yummy food; in the best home ever, she flopped right down into an absolute sleep. It was so sweet! Thanks Lektra!
