Dear Becky,

Thanks for your helpful message, this is reassuring. You seem to

have mastered the art of being in the " Now " . That is truly

inspiring, it sounds so peaceful :-)

Cathy.

experiene to ease any concern. The cool breeze is normal, I have

been feeling the wonderfulness and purity of this shortly after I

began meditation practices in March of this year. I tend to feel

this breeze on my lips and nose. I have changed my breathing

pattern to intake this breeze. You don't have to do this but I do

it because I Love the feeling that I get as it passes my notrils.

The opening of the crown chakra is wonderfun also, its a beautiful,

fun, tickling and sometime hair tugging feeling. It has many ranges

of expression depending on the individual. If you do feel like your

hair is being gently or strongly pulled don't worry, that it's also

normal.

laying down for my " normal " meditation I am doing chores or even

working and practicing meditation. It's wonderful to watch busy

people and be in stillness. It's some getting used to, but I do it

all the time. It's being within and in the Now. Of course, this is

just my experience.
