Tonight, I had a great meditation and didn't fall asleep. In fact, I feel a bit hopped up now! I got these amazing tingles that started in my toes and went up through the whole body. It felt like a full body orgasm if that makes sense, it was my whole body in ecstasy. I also had some expansion of my visual field. Not the 360 vision, but it was like Widescreen, lol.
