Some Things that may help

I have some things that may help; for Lisa, I went to

and I downloaded a bunch of Caroline Myss. Did you see the message from (I

am sorry, I forgot who sent it-Thank you!-whoever it was!) that we can

download stuff from this site for free? There is a LOT of cool stuff there!

Well anyway, Lisa, go and listen to Caroline Myss' lecture on healing:

Energy Anatomy and Self Healing. I think you will find what you need. And

everyone, I have a Yoga DVD, Dance the Chakras with ana brett and ravi

singh, that puts me almost into a trance when I do it. It's pretty cool.

It's kundalini yoga, but very modern. Just the music really gets me

going,LOL. I got it on Amazon I think. Just wanted to let you know. I am

still praying and sending healing. Love and light, Carol
