Guest guest
Please be in active daily prqactice of the Kundalini safety protocols. Even if you have read them before please read them again and see where you can tighten up or more completely practice these protocols. Here are some questions youy may wish to ask yourself IE: Have you written out your recapitulation? Have you added to it? How is your level of love for yourself and others? Are you practicing the locks? How is your Shakti prayer? How is your IJ? Or Inner Joy? Can you move deeper into your forgiveness? How is your meditation? How is your Graciousness and Gratefulness? What services for others have you done and continue to do with out recompense? How is your Compassion in its action for yourself and others? To what degree are you daily practicing the Five Tibetans? How much are you compression praying? How are you practicing the triangular breathing or alternate nostril breathing? If you are chakra breathing how is that going? All of these will make a huge difference in the Shaktipat. Please remember to stay away from hurtful movies and entertainment including books and internet and other forms of mass media negativity.- blessings - c

Guest guest
I can agree about negative movies or TV affecting you. I can barely watch a simple show without having an emotional reaction to it. Especially if children or young adults are involved in any accidents in these shows, even if I know it isn't real. I try to remind myself to surrender everyday, I find myself 'tightening up' to silly daily routines. Such as today is bill paying day, laundry, house-cleaning. I told myself to surrender, know that I am truly free and not confined to these things. I choose to be here, the weight starts to lift up from my heart and I can breathe easier, I feel uplifted and lighter. Forgiveness is tough one for me. It's difficult to forgive someone when they repeat their sins. I guess that's where surrender comes back into the picture. I did my Chakra breathing in bed last night, and I slept well, lots of dreams I can not remember though. I am now off to meditate, now that I am putting myself at the top of my to-do list. blessings lisa chrism wrote: > > Please be in active daily prqactice of the Kundalini safety > protocols. Guest guest
Compression praying incorporates a mantra or prayer to be done with the intake the hold and the exhale compressed into the triangular or alternate nostril breathing. Alternate nostril and triangular which is the same, does not. I use triangular as a way of expressing the connected trinity when doing these excersices. - blessings Claudia I am sure you have been doing fine. - chrism , Claudia <newtfoodbowl wrote: I thought these were the same thing...have I been doing this wrong for 10 months, lol? > > Claudia
Guest guest
I do read over the safeties ever so often esp. before each shaktipat. Each time it seems I find something knew. I did not realize we were suppose to write out recapitulation. I wasn't real sure what recapitulation was at first, but I take it that it is a summery. When I looked the word up it had something to do with music. This definition I came across was really a funny one: Recapitulation: What usually happens after eating a parrot sandwich. Anyways, I will make a written recapitulation right away. I feel my level of love for myself and others has been steadily increasing. I do pratice the locks. If I fall too deep into trance and a lock comes undone, shakti lets me know with little shocks to my finger or tongue and even my eyes at times. Hehe! I have woke up a few times with the tip of my tongue sore. Praying to shakti seemed strange to me at first, but I am adjusting. I have been working on substaining inner joy and peace. It is not always easy in the mist of family situations that seems to be ever present with no apparent solutions. Not being able to do anything about them is what gets to me....seeing those I love going through pain and not being able to do anything but pray. I have no problem with meditation, it is one of my favorite things to do. Forgiveness, gratidute, and service is a an on going thing that has become a way of relating for me every day. All the various exercises, I do try to do most of them every day. Linda , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Please be in active daily prqactice of the Kundalini safety > protocols. Guest guest
And you are having results Linda. Regarding those you love going through pain. It isnt for you to heal them at this time. Soon enough your mere presence will help to alleviate some of their pain. Not all of it as pain is a powerful teacher but some of it as they have made the conscious or sub conscious choice to be in your presence. - Nice work Linda - keep going! - , " Linda " <crazycats711 wrote: > > I do read over the safeties ever so often esp. before each shaktipat. Guest guest
Yes I do believe I am having results. Considering the sad shape I was in this time last year, I have had much progress. The safeties and Tibetans and the support of group members have improved my life in many, many way this year. I am very grateful, Chrism, for your inviting me here and to God who gave me the strength to reach out. I am grateful and give much thanks and love to all of you.
