Where I am right now with everything is a feeling of

completeness inside that I have never felt before. A

real feeling of my male and female inside, a sense of

perfection within. I am losing the need for others or

things or situations to fullfill myself, I feel

fullfilled in every moment.

I feel peace, and love. (sometimes other things but

that Inner Joy just keeps on humming)

 

I am trying Linda's food combining diet, that is great

I think, to add to my inner balance.

 

so, no major energy earth quakes but lots of changes

in my inner world, balance, calmness, an ocean of joy

beginning to lap against my shore.

 

Lovely.

 

I am feeling very grateful about this right now, it is

a wonderful feeling.
