Guest guest
There are occasions where I am filled with very deep spasms of pain in my heart center, as well as deep joy. The times I feel the pain it is like a vise squeezing deep places in my heart, and at times it can be agonizing. Sometimes I know why it comes, and other times I don't. (It's a spiritual thing not a physical condition...I've been checked out) The reason I am writing this is because today the viselike pain was experienced in my head instead of my heart. I felt it coming and surface there instead. I was very surprised. It didn't last long, just a few moments. If anyone else has experienced this or has any insights or comments, they are greatly appreciated... Love, dhyana
Guest guest
Earlier this week I felt heart pains for the first time during meditation. They were fairly intense and I started to worry a little at first. But I have become accustomed to all the odd sensations that Shakti throws my way (usually during meditation), so I made myself relax. It felt as if something (a snake?) was working its way through my heart. The pain was bearable and I just assumed that it was the beginning of the opening of the heart chakra. I figure that is something to celebrate. Love, Chas. , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > There are occasions where I am filled with very deep spasms of pain in > my heart center, as well as deep joy. Guest guest
Sometimes the crown chakra can be very sensitive. As the energy rises to that area it isnt always as explosive as some would have you believe. It can come incrementally. And this is right as we are not always prepared, here in the west, for a complete and instantaneous change. Conditioning doesnt always come over night and sometimes the pressures can build in the crown as the energy seeps slowly into the thousand petals. This can feel extreme like a vice like pain. Or like a very fast migraine. It isnt to be worried about but must be surrendered to. The changes are being made and as the sensations and alterations are made and travel to the crown you can know that your process is indeed in play and that the changes may sometimes be accompanied by pain. Though not always or permanently. The energy knows what is to be done for the person. - blessings Dhyana and all - chrism , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > There are occasions where I am filled with very deep spasms of pain in > my heart center, as well as deep joy.
