enjoying at the Solstice and the Equinox times of the year. At these

four times of the year we are receiving a Shaktipat.

 

This is a Sanskrit term for a transference of energy that is comprised

of a Kundalini awakened person giving another person a " jump start " of

the Kundalini with in them. This will last for seven days. This " jump

start " is mitigated by an individuals daily practice of

the " safeties " .
