No concern Scott,

Keep your eyes up when you can especially during

meditation. Go surfing and feel how your body will draw nutrients

from the sea. Like a breatharian we can breath through our skin and

take nutrients that way. Air or water doesnt matter. We are very

diverse in our diets! The main nutrient taken this way is prana.

 

Try it but remember it takes practice.

 

Much love to you and your surfing partner(s)! Try this prayer while
