Guest guest
When I went to bed I said the prayer and by the third time I felt warmth flood my chest. I didn't realize until then that I had a coldness in my chest the past few days. I kept my arms crossed while sleeping. I slept like a baby and I feel great today! You were in my dream also talking about what was wrong, lol. Will I need to do this every night now or only if I sense this again? Guest guest
That is interesting, Sarita. I was cold all over for the first couple of days. On that third night, I did go to sleep with my arms crossed. I felt like sleeping on my side and that was the best way I could hold the mudras while I slept. At one point I to felt a warm across my chest. When I did wake up that morning the coldness was gone and the heat was back, which I was very thankful for. LOL! I have been going to sleep each night saying both the Shakti Prayer 3 times and the Lord's Prayer 3 times. That is the last thing I do and I say them in sets of three until I fall asleep. Guest guest
Very interesting Linda! I haven't been able to get warm either. Now my temp feels normal to hot. Maybe it's mosquito season, lol. I feel SO much better today! It was very comforting sleeping with my arms crossed, kind of like giving myself a hug. I think I will do that from now on. Guest guest
Hi Sarita and Chrism, I have been very warm and much warmer than usual but it is also like summer here in Southern California. I am very warm at night and don't know if it is Shaktipat or the new Pillow Top mattress. Chrism, do you know if Shaktipat can make us feel warmer than ususal? Merry Christmas and hope Santa brought you everything you want! Love, Angelina , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > Very interesting Linda! I haven't been able to get warm either.
