Guest guest
Hello Chrism: There is a seeming disparity in the instructions offered for the recipients in the west and the basic Chakra Breathing instructions in the file section regarding the 6th or brow chakra: " Breathe into the areas where you know the chakras are. Base of the spine, the navel or slightly below, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, stay away from between the eyebrows and the top of the head with this technique. (Severe headaches can come) " Would you please offer some clarity on this matter? Should we or shouldn't we include the 6th chakra for chakra breathing during K-activation? Thanks for your time and guidance. Blessings, Fashji , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > Wear the INDIGO > > Add previous instructions > Focus on Intuitions and Knowing, receiving knowledge > > On the sixth day - sixth chakra stimulation - do the > five Tibetans three times that day and when done, > Chakra breath all the five chakras and the sixth chakra > 15 times each x three separate > time, sit in mediation and open yourself to reception. > Look up at the brow of points or right between your > eyebrows. Guest guest
Only during the Shaktipat do I duggest the sixth chakra breathing. Or after a flow has begun. I still would like those who are beginning to activate the Kundalini to abstain from sixth chakra breathing except during the Shaktipat phase. Seventh chakra breathing should also be avoided even during the Shaktipat. Headaches can come and I feel it is well to be gentle and slow in these very sensitive areas. , " Fashji " <fash.forde wrote: > > > Hello Chrism: > > There is a seeming disparity in the instructions offered for the > recipients in the west and the basic Chakra Breathing instructions in > the file section regarding the 6th or brow chakra: > > " Breathe into the areas where you know the chakras are.
