Heart activations ?

Chrism, three years ago my first experience with Kundalini was it

went up my spine and exploded into my heart. Pior to that I had

experienced some electric sensation at the base of my spine a few

times, and that was all. I was not pursuing Kundalini and not even

OBE's when they begain. Both just began happening, I guess because I

had begun meditating was the only reason I could figure. I have not

been the same since. LOL! Also, this experience affected more than

just my heart chakra. It somehow effected my mind to hand

cordination. I have to type very slow now or it will come out a

jumbled mess, although it has gotten a little better through the

years, but still a lot of typos to correct. Was that a " heart

activation " or a heart chakra activation and how can you tell the

difference? If a person has this type do they never have the spinal

sweep? Why did my experience have an effect on my cordination?
