Shaktipat

Chrism... I have a question about the special shaktipat you gave to me.

This one was different somehow. In the past my shaktipat experiences

have been very pleasant and blissful. However this one was odd, I felt

like I was angry and my thoughts were ugly and mean. I did not like

this one bit but it came about anyway. It did not last long but it

ended up in my tailbone area and that area became exteremly hot and

cold repeatedly for about an hour or so. I have not ever experienced

this before and I am confused about it. Is this the norm or did I do

something wrong? Thanks and many blessing.

Den Den,

As I am a fellow cancer survivor, I thought maybe we might have

something in common. I also had some anger come up during Shaktipat,

I still have some work to do!LOL! Do you realize that cancer is all

about anger and resentment? At Least that is what I have always

heard, perhaps it depends on where it is. I know that when it comes

up I have to work very hard on it. What has helped me is to think of

everything on the level of souls. Other souls are here to help you on

your journey. (If you already know all of this, sorry for the

repetition) In order to help you learn your lessons, for the most

part a soul has to lower their energy a significant amount in order

to do the things they need to do to help you learn, in my experience

it has been mostly about forgiveness and compassion. It helps me to

think of the incredible love they feel for us in order to do this for

today, there are Caroline Myss lectures you can download free. It has

to be today tho as this is the last day it is free. If you don't get

there I can try to send you some in email, but I have not had much

success with sending stuff lately, I just cannot get anything to go!!

But anyway, Caroline Myss has helped me immensely, I just cannot

express how much. She also has several books you can read. I
