The Shakti prayer

Ever since you had me say the special version of the Lord's prayer to

get rid of my K mosquito, I have had a different reaction to the

Shakti prayer. I say it in sets of three as we are instructed. This

energy will start in my tailbone and work it's way up as I recite the

prayer. By the third time it is usually up to my throat chakra,

sometimes farther. After saying it six times the energy is definately

out the top of the crown chakra. I have gotten a bit of a pressure

headache a few times. Are we supposed to limit how many times we say

it? I never tried going for nine since the pressure starts building

up by the sixth. I am just not sure if the pressure would release if

I went further or if I would get a nasty headache.
