Guest guest
WOW ! I really like this very positive affirmation. " I love myself and I accept myself, even when I don't understand myself and I forgive myself " . I posted it to my computer desktop, bathroom mirror, regrigerator, and the front door so that I can read them every day. I believe in affirmations as they are so affective in helping people change old patterns into positive ones. Thank you for sharing. Whenever I find myself beating on myself, I repeat it until those emotions subside. It's a huge part of the classes I took ... and it has made a tremendous difference in how I interact with the world. You can also use it on others ... I love you and I accept you, even when I don't understand you. They call it " The Trust Formula " . Brandi
Guest guest
Hi Brandi...I sure will do that. Tell me more about this class you took. It sounds right up my alley. Hahaha! Hmmmm... " The Trust Formula " now there is something I need to learn more how to do. Trust! , Brandi Jasmine <jazztalk wrote: > > At 03:30 AM 1/2/2008, you wrote: > >WOW ! The class is called <http://www.personalgrowthcentre.com/>The QuinnTessential Experience. It also goes by the handle " <http://www.lifestreamrochester.com/>LifeStream " or " <http://lifeworksjacksonville.org/>LifeWorks " . The whole first day of the first class is about trust. It's a remarkable class. There was very little in this class I had not seen in other personal growth or self-help classes ... it is just the way they put it all together, it's brilliant. No one said to me " Brandi, your problem is X ... (and here is my solution) " ... that came up so clearly from within that I could not escape it. Each other person had a different insight about themselves, and in each case it was exactly what they needed. In my case, it was as though someone hung an invisible sign up that only I could see, with all my baggage playing on it like a giant videotron <g> ... I couldn't run away from that insight, because it was my own. Better yet, it wasn't just someone telling me what was wrong with me, I got a toolkit of techniques to turn things around (one of those tools is The Trust Formula), and the people are awesome. I now participate when I can as a volunteer leader (grads come back and help others through the process). I have seen dozens, maybe hundreds of people take the classes now, and everyone seems to get exactly what they need, exactly what they are ready for from it. I contribute where I can. It's a fun experience too .... there is nothing like that last day of class, when people really have their " Ahaas! " hit them. That is SO cool to watch! That's the best feeling ever.
