Guest guest
When I was experiencing a stuffy nose I would use eucalyptus oils or peppermint oils or any of a number of natural decongestants i.e. Steam baths, heavy exercise such as running or dancing. Anything to get the breathing heavy enough to clear the sinus membranes. As soon as that occurrred I would sit down and immediatly start the compression prayers. After a time the sinus, for me, stopped getting stuffy. Hope this helps anyone not doing the compressions because of contgestion. - blessings all - chrism

Guest guest
Thanks I too will give this a try. I have been so scattered lately it seems that I haven’t had the time to give the self attention that is required.
