Guest guest
This compressed meditation is part Hindu, Eckancar, Kundalini, Zen, and ecstatic dance. Bhagwan Shri Rashneesh aka Osho aka Rashneesh Chandra Mohan gave this to his devotees. I like the compressive quality it. - See how it works for you! It will summon the Kundalini by micro release of the energy stored in the chakras. For those receiving Shaktipat please do this AS WRITTEN once. More if you enjoy the results. Part of your permanent practice if you do. 4 ten minute stages - mixed movement and rest. Very vocal. Be able to express yourself loudly and freely. No shyness. Start by alternate nostril breathing 10 cycles. Then standing with your eyes closed breathe deep and fast through your nose for ten minutes. Allow your body to move freely. Jump, sway back and forth, or use any physical motion that helps you pump more oxygen into your lungs, spin do the 5 Tibetans (fast) whatever helps your deep and fast respiration's. If motion is limited, move those parts of your body that can be moved quickly and always breathing fast and deep through the nose. Eyes closed. The second ten minute stage is one of catharsis. Let go totally and be spontaneous. You may dance or roll on the ground. Screaming is allowed and encouraged. You must act out any anger or emotion you feel in a safe way, such as beating the earth with your hands. Yelling shouting to high heaven. So be aware of your surroundings before you start this meditation. All the suppressed emotions from your subconscious mind are to be released. Everything, just let it go! In the third stage you jump up and down or movement that is as close to that as you can do yelling Hu! Hu! Hu! Continuously for ten minutes. This sounds silly, and is funny, but this special vibration of your voice travels down to your your spine to the chakras stored energy and pushes that energy upward. Often releasing the emotional content. When doing this stage it is important to keep your arms loose and in a natural position. Do not hold your arms over your head as that position can be medically dangerous. The fourth ten minute stage is complete relaxation and quiet. Flop down on your back, get comfortable, and just let go. Be as a dead person, totally surrendered to the universe - God - Kundalini. Enjoy the tremendous energy you have unleashed in the first three stages and become a silent witness to the dynamics of who you are as an energetic being. Let me know how this goes for you -

Guest guest
Dear Chrism, regard. Just I readabout Dynamic meditation given by Rajaneesh/osho. The entire purpose of Dynamic meditation is cathersis.I feel its not desired for the one who has awakened KUNDALINI. Today, u feel dynamic meditation is good, then NAADABRAHMA, NATARAJA, GOLDEN LIGHT MEDITATION, AATHEESHA MEDITATION, ANULOMA VILOMA, BHASTHIKA, PRAANAYAMA, IDAA PINGALA, SIDHISAMADHIYAGA, VIPASYANA MEDITATION, SUDARSHANA KRIYA, TRANSDCENDENTAL MEDITATION et al. I must clarify at this point to all the members that before awakening kundalini we must pass through all these phases of meditation as the KUNDALINI is the supremo of all the meditation. One cannot awaken kundalini after dynamic meditation as one would be catherscised and tired. I am afraid it DOESNTt fit in CHRISM. I have done all the above mentioned meditations as a FOUNDATION FOR KUNDALINI. Love Dr.Deepak.B <> wrote: This compressed meditation is part Hindu, Eckancar, Kundalini, Zen, and ecstatic dance. Guest guest
Yes hello Dr Deepak B. Yes I congratulate you on your Kundalini advice and experiences and I do understand the Vedic school of application in regards to the preparation for Kundalini activation leading into an awakening. The Vedic system is a good one and has helped me greatly as it was one of the few sources of information I had regarding the Kundalini. So I am grateful for your mentioning of this excellent system. Gopi Krishna, http://www.ecomall.com/gopikrishna/ He didn't do many of the Vedic preparations and I didn't either. Kundalini doesn't only come to those who prepare for it. In my experience it comes to those who seek it and in the seeking prepare for it as in the practice of the safeties here. It also comes to those who do NOT seek it and yet experience it anyway by virtue of trauma or karma or many of the stated and unstated reasons we come into existence on this physical expression. Kundalini is a bridge into divinity. And what person can say to another that the way they are working towards or approaching that bridge is wrong? Your journey hasn't been my journey Dr. Deepak B. My Kundalini is strong and growing stronger with every breath of life. My surrender is ecstatic and the reach of the Kundalini is undiminished by my lack of adherence to the rules and teachings of the Blessed Vedics. That you have come into the condition is good but your path isnt the " only " path. The Vedic path is an excellent path though and many do follow it as you have apparently followed it Dr. Deepak B. So I honor it as a path rich with history and meaning and applicability for those who walk it. Not all humanity follows this application or interpretation of the Vedic re-interpretations of what is and is not appropriate for the Kundalini. The Taoists do not as they have their own understandings as do the Shamanic peoples who refer to Kundalini as the " Red Serpent " or simply " The Serpent Energy. " I am sure some of their techniques involve some of the techniques the Vedics used yet the Shamanic practice are among the most ancient of spiritual practices far pre-dating the rise of the Vedic civilization. So who is barrowing from whom and does it matter? We are human and we are all working with a similar instrument. Let us focus upon our harmonic virtues rather than our differences of approach when we look at the practice of raising and evolving with the Kundalini. One way isn't the only way and that includes the way I approach and give of what the Kundalini in me offers here. - blessings Dr. Deepak - chrism , deepak b <deepakthedentist wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > regard. Guest guest
Dear chrism, Cheers. I am afraid u have misunderstood my expression about Dynamic meditation. I only meant let one practice dynamic meditatyion for cathersis and once the pressure unespressd emotions , angers, fears feelings which would be diminished. This makes MORE EFFECTIVE AKAWENING OF KUNDALINI dear Chrism. I never looked for KUNDALINI. It just happened. My friend Keshav prasad encouraged me to practice and join the group.I dont say follow the vedic path but appreciate uniqueness of the meditations. I know not much about it. If have hurt u pl do excuse. I never intended it In , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes hello Dr Deepak B. > Yes I congratulate you on your Kundalini > advice and experiences and I do understand the Vedic school of > application in regards to the preparation for Kundalini activation > leading into an awakening. > > The Vedic system is a good one and has helped me greatly as it was > one of the few sources of information I had regarding the Kundalini. > So I am grateful for your mentioning of this excellent system. > > Gopi Krishna, http://www.ecomall.com/gopikrishna/ He didn't do > many of the Vedic preparations and I didn't either.
