That is interesting Becky. I seem to be the opposite from you, for

when I began praying each day my chakras start spinning faster and

and I get hot, hot especially in my heart chakra area, my whole chest

actually. Sometimes my 6th chakra will began throbbing/pulsating. I

send the energy to my hands and make a spheres of healing energy and

send it to each one on the healing list with love. I pray in my

prayer language the whole time mostly. When I pray in my regular

language, I use the Lords's prayer as a guide in how and what to

pray, I don't just repeat the words verbatim. I do say them verbatim

once in a while though, but mostly use it as a guide. Like the first

sentence is telling me to start my prayer by acknowleging the God

source by giving praise and worship. When you break each phrase down

you can spend a good hour just going through the Lord's parayer one

time. You do your forgivging and petitions, protection and

gratitudes and all as you go through it. It is all there...the

safeties.

 

The waves of love/flutterings grow stronger within me the whole time

as I pray. LOL! I wonder why it effects me the opposite? How about

the rest of you, does the energy increase or decrease when you pray

for others? I guess we shouldn't compare, but it would be interesting

to know what effects praying and sending energy has on each of us.

It's apparent that it can go both ways. On those shows where they

show the healers healing people all day long, they do get tired after

doing that for long periods. I like praying in the morning best for I

get enegized for the day. LOL!
