When I pray the energies intensify, the vibrations intensify but the dynamic of these are different. When I have an excess of Love culminating in me I feel anguish. When I pray or do healing I release this Loving energy and I feel calm, peaceful and bliss. This Love, I can keep it and live with this anguish (waste it) or pass this wonderful energy to others...it returns to me in a calmer manner. I feel more conscious, more connected. The more I give of this the more I am in touch with my true Self, pure Spirit. So the energies don't go away till later, it continues to rise and explode in my heart but I am not like an overflowing cup or a balloon ready to pop. So when we pray or send our Loving intentions to someone else, I believe, we are replenishing some of their Love which in turn replenishes ours and this could manifest in how our Kundalini reacts. Yes! the Safeties, Love them Safeties.....I will get what I intend for, in real time, boy do I know this. I feel like a factory.....I produce this energy called Love and the product needs to get to needy consumers, or I have a warehouse overflowing in a wasteful mess...lol You are doing beautifully Linda, Love hearing about your healing experiences, its a great way for all of us to tap into our healing abilities and learn ever more from eachother.
