Welcome Scott! Thank you for the intro on your background. You had

mentioned that

it seemed that most of us let normal lives, on the contrary, I believe

most of us have lead challenging

lives. Some range from abuse as children, near death experiences and

abusive marriages. I see these

as opportunities to evolve and better ourselves as humans. We are

experience life a bit differently from one

another, but being 'normal' is obsolete. There is no such thing, in my

opinion, as normal, which is good. What we do have in common

is this group, and the Kundalini. As far as walking outside and getting

overwhelmed with energy... I can see that you may

be overwhelmed by a number of elements or even noise. Energy does come

in many forms, if it is noise, I for one am very sensitive

to it and avoid it at all costs. Some things may be blocks for you, that

you will need to heal/treat in order for your energy or Kundalini

to flow more freely. You breathing exercise will help you greatly,

please follow the safeties everyday. It will take more than a few

days of this, and in time you see notice great improvement. Please start

by forgiving yourself. You sounded harsh on yourself. No matter

how you feel you are now, please surrender to it and love every part of

you. When you do this, you will feel your heart chakra flow better, like

a weight lifted up. This may all seem odd to you, but once you start to

heal yourself, you'll know you've come to the right place.

1. It sounds like a Kundalini activation to me, but I would see what

Chrism has to say. To better your

experience, please follow the safeties.

2. It is advisable to sit up, lying down may cause you to fall asleep.

As far as energy movement, you may

be more aware of your own energy sitting rather than laying down. My

opinion though.

3. Although there are several types of different meditations, this

protocol of eye up, etc. work with

the energy flow. The longer you do it, the more natural it will become.

Yes, it is necessary, I believe more so for you.

4. If you are not ready for the awakening, then the K will most likely

hold off, giving you symptoms listed in the website.

It sounds like it is giving you symptoms now, which is why the safeties

are so very important to you.

5. Better answered by :-) Perhaps it is, or it may be a heart

chakra block.

6. An awakening really does need to made with a guide, someone who can

guide you every step of the way.

A shakipat does not need to happen for the K to rise, in my experience

anyway. Be a part of this family here, and you will

be in good hands!

blessings to Scott!!
