Guest guest Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 Hi Elektra, I experienced the same thing about a week ago and it wasn't cold here. I was doing chakra breathing or something when all of a sudden there was the cool breeze on my face and it was cold going up my nose, just like you describe. LOL! I have experienced a really big kriya this past week too. It was all on the left side of my body only. It left a pain in my hip that still hasn't quite gone away. It was hard to set down comfortable for the rest of that day, even going for a walk didn't help. since then I have not had anymore except little jerks now and again. When the big kriya started, it felt just like someone grabbed hold of my foot and jerked my leg around for a bit and then it went all up my left side, even my head included. LOL! I was thankful no one was here but me. I was doing one of the breathing exercises when that happened, too.
