He really jump-started my Kundalini, I have a real 'sense' of my flow now, and I feel more centered and focused. The after-effects of the Shaktipat are still being felt, I'm happy to say. The latest happened early this morning, after I did my OBE induction ritual. I fell asleep, then a while later I felt vibrations...I was lying on my right side. The vibrations were centered on my spine, all along my spine. Just lasted a moment, then I went back to sleep. They weren't strong enough for an OBE exit and were localized in the spine... Reminds me of last February before I joined the K group and I was having OBEs almost every other day...I began to get the " K call " in the form of electric vibrations coming up my root chakra through my spine. That's what prompted Chrism to suggest I join this group. These vibes I did not feel in my root chakra, just in my spine. Like Shakti had reached out and touched it!!
