Have you checked the Internet for classes in your area? Maybe a recreational

center or chamber of commerce, something like that in the local area? Just some

thoughts. I hope this helps.

Hello Jamie D.,

Kundalini is still a somewhat rare event. Not a large

percentage of the population has it. So the social group aspect isnt a

reality as of yet though I will not say it is impossible as we are an

example of one - lol.

 

I will suggest that you tune into this group and try to practice the

protocols here. I am not a strict classicalist when it comes to the

teaching of Kundalini. I use what has worked for me and teach from

experience. Kundalini is very often a solo journey for a time and most

people will not have the symptoms it brings and will not be able to

relate to your experiences. So I do suggest a discernment with whom

you tell them to.

 

There are very few qualified teachers of Kundalini anywhere. Most yoga

instrucors will not know of it and if they do they will have had very

little of it and will tell you to stay away from it.

 

Many will want you to adopt the belief system they are partial to and

will not instruct you unless you do. Some are very very expensive even

if their knowledge of it is dubious. And there are some who know what

they are talking about. Go to the ones who give the information away.
