They usually are very qucik to respond and in correcting the problem. I have had to contact them a few times myself for the same thing you are having problems with! I hope this helps! I do not receive some of the post many respond to..for instance I never get any of Sarita's post, so when someone answers Sarita I have no idea what the original question is and so I am left puzzled, there has been many ofther posts that I have not originaly received and so I only get one sided post.
