Keeping in Touch

Hello All,

 

Thought I would drop a line to keep in touch. I may not be able to

respond all the time because during day I work and at night I am kept

busy with family and such. I think I need guidance though.

 

I am out of shape and really hurt right now but on top op that I am

pretty sure I have a head cold or the flu. At least that's how I

feel. The first day I did the Five Tibetan Rites, too much to soon

for me I am thinking. So I am doing the Warm-up Exercises and the

Exercises In Preparation For Doing the Five Tibetan Rites until this

pain subsides a bit. I am also trying to meditate including

meditating on my Charkas to help balance them.

Anyways yesterday was horrible I felt pretty bad both emotionally and

physically. I took the day off work today and I am reading The

Safeties again reminding me I need to drink plenty of water and eat

watermelon. Rereading the Safeties is a good idea especially for me

because I forget quickly.

 

I also have joined our sister group but have a question about that. I

can't seem to find a new picture of myself. I have an older one but

it's about 8 years old. I still look the same only more wrinkles. Is

that ok?

 

P.S. I need to look at maybe calling myself Laura M. or something so

there is no confusion since we have Laura already? I could call

myself Laura Joyce (Joyce being my middle name) Yep I like that better

Laura Joyce,

 

Hello, I think you are doing the right thing with the

yoga, don't over do it or hurt yourself. Take it

slowly and gently. Better to do 3 perfect ones then 21

painful and tense ones!

 

Have some warm baths if you can to relax the body.

 

The chakra breathing is doing the same thing as the 5

tibetans to some degree aswell.

 

Remember to keep releasing and surrendering, forgiving

and loving and let any thing out that needs to work

it's way out of the body.

 

Ask for help from the divine, and stay hydrated and

away from sugars.
