Hello Laura J.

When you begin to come into this activity many

accumulated debris of an emotional and physical quality can begin to

surface. This can be experienced as a general malaise. It can mimic

flu or cold symptoms. Some old fears can surface as well as old

issues that have been ignored or coped with.

These can come up quickly and at once so know this and know that

they are in your attention to be balanced. Once that is done they go

away into your files of " life experience " . Also they can come with

some body aches and a need to begin to repair some of the physical

and emotional and mental imbalances that we can accrue as we are

living in the western societies and partaking of the glories and

downfalls of a technologically dependant culture. So no worries this

is normal.

This is natural. So is taking an accounting of your personal

situation and beginning to make the needed adjustments to bring your

self, in all its facets, back into a place of balance for the

Kundalini activity to flow. So be gentle in how you see and feel

about yourself. This isn't " Top Models Doing the Kundalini

Tortellini! " - lol.

This is more of a personal review of you in your beauty and

wholeness as a consciousness clothed in flesh. A platform of divine

expression that the Kundalini will begin to shape and form into a

stronger and more acute expression of the divine wholeness.

Please forego the warm-up exercises. Do the Tibetans but do fewer

repetitions to begin with. If you have been doing all twenty one

reps of each rite cut that back to twelve. Expect some movements of

a release in toxins and in old hurts and resentments and see these

as opportunities for forgiveness. When you do this many of the

illness symptoms will disappear. - blessings Laura J. - chrism
