Chrism showed me some new mudras to use during chakra breathing and asked me to

share them with you. I have uploaded 2 new photos in a new album titled

" Mudras. " One shows the traditional Gyan mudra that we use for almost

everything and the other shows the Mukula mudra, which is to be used when

breathing into the fifth (Vishuda) chakra.

I included a photo of the Gyan mudra to remind you that it is important to

touch NOT the pads of the thumb and forefinger together but the TIPS, so curl

your fingers around as much as necessary (without touching any of your fingers

together) in order to bring the TIP of your thumb together with the TIP of your

forefinger.

For the Mukula mudra, bring all of your fingers tips together with the thumb

so that all 4 fingertips are in contact with the thumb.

Here's the succession of mudras to use with the Chakra Breathing exercise:

Root chakra (Muhladhara): Gyan mudra

Sacral chakra (Svadhistana): tip of thumb to tip of second finger

Solar chakra (Manipura); tip of thumb to tip of third (ring) finger

Heart chakra (Anahata): tip of thumb to tip of fourth (pinky) finger

Throat chakra (Vishuda): Mukula mudra

(I imagine there are names for the other mudras that I have simply described,

lol, but did not give them to me and I could not find them on the

Internet. Will supply later!

As you know, we do not breathe into the Brow and Crown chakras except during

Shaktipat.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Love & blessings,

Claudia

P.S. I'm pleased to announce that my sweet husband Rusty 'posed' for these

mudra photos...he'll be in K awakening before he knows it!!
