Hello Genevieve,

Good to read you! Please take a look at the five

Tibetans. Please start slow with no more than 6 repetitions to begin

with. As soon as you are done immediatly sit and do the alternate

nostril breathing or the compression prayer. After that do a good

meditation for as long as you can. Please do this in conjuction with

the forgiveness and gratefulness and service to others. Please do
