Guest guest
Ok, not to start a firestorm on here, but who is really recommended to do this work? I would only like to hear from those who really have been changed by this process, not from wannabes or woo-woos. I am trying to find a good practitioner, not a scam artist or fake. Guest guest
Hi Tim You are truly blessed to have found this site, time will determine if it is the one for you. As a sage once said, " When the pupil is ready the master will show his face " If you are in a true search, perhaps you might describe what you are going through in terms of K symptoms and let those responses be a starting point of your journey home. Follow your intuition, we all have one, it knows only love. The ego seeks validation, the higher self seeks to communicate, the Kundalini is love and always acts for one's highest good - read through the discussions. Blessings and love and I hope you make the choice from you heart, clearly your soul is calling. Guest guest
Nice to hear from you Tim and Welcome. I brought water just in case. Hahaha ! Chris Mitchell is our GURU in the Kundalini Awakening Systems- 1 . is the person you would problably want to chat with further and get to know. Many of us here have been dramaticly changed in regards to Chrism's shaktipat and our kundalini has been activated or awakened by Chrism. We have a set of practice protocals that everyone does and you can read up on them here http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/ Here in this group we all help and assist each other in practicing the 5 Tibetans, The Safeties, and kundalini experiences as well as various mudras, chants, meditation methods to name a few. The link above should help fill you in. It has all of the information you will need to get a better understanding of this group. This is a valid group of highly enlightened, loving, supportive individuals who have awakened, activated or beginning kundalini awakening protocals. I also want to express I understand your sense of apprenhension and you are doing the right thing by discerning. There are many web sites that are fake and bogus but we need to be smarter and wiser and ask questions. However, this group is very ligit. Again, Welcome. Guest guest
Am I mistaken, or is Kundalini awakening something we can do on our own? In other words, read through the site, do the daily exercises and see what happens. At the least, you'll gain some self-improvement, and at best you'll experience a Kundalini awakening. If you're looking for an easy way, to have someone " awaken " you, well I don't think that will happen. You have to gradually raise your frequency, broaden your awareness, and do the work of being in tune with the universe. There aren't short-cuts in spirituality. What chrism does in sending out energy may help those who are open, but you still have to do the real work. Or am I off course? Guest guest
Hold onto your hat Tim! No woo woos here, you've arrived at the real deal. Mine is a rather long story, but the short version is that the Kundalini healed a number of debilitating injuries I had from a bad car accident and has changed my life in more ways than I can count this year. Chrism is a knowledgeable, humble teacher and encourages us to make our own decisions. He supplies us with the blue print (The Safeties) and those who follow it will not be disappointed. The work is done by each member. There is no free ride for anyone. What you get out will be commensurate with what you put in. Have you taken a look at the website? http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/ http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/shaktipat.html http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html Welcome Tim! I only came to this list a few weeks ago, but I have seen some of the woo woos over the years. What impresses me here is the strong emphasis on safety, the complete lack of profit motive, and the friendly, open and welcoming feeling I got from the participants. I'm not a big believer in " gurus " and one of the cool things about is he seems genuinely motivated by a desire to serve and heal. I'm not following all the safeties yet (give up my xBox? wah!) ... so I have not asked for Shaktipat. But since I started participating, I have felt a lot of energy moving in my root chakra (where I know I need healing), and for me, that was a strong indicator that something real is going on here. > Am I mistaken, or is Kundalini awakening something we can do on our own? My first " Kundalini-type " experiences initially happened completely spontaneously, with no yoga or meditation practice. Long story ... but it wasn't pretty. I came to this list hoping to heal some of the damage. Brandi

No scam here, just good old fashioned hard work and discipline coupled with Chrism's safe and efficient shaktipat. I have been under chrism's guidance for almost 2 years now and it has been the most powerfully transformative and healing time of my life. Kundalini is most definitely awakening and in a way that I can manage and sustain safely without damaging myself or going too quickly. Guest guest
Tim, An excellent question. Best answered by your intuition not others. Even if others have " truly " been touched, that doesn't say that you will.
