I have been practicing the Safeties and doing well (even when driving hahaha) The Five Tibetan Rites have been a real struggle but I am keeping at it, the way that has been suggested and have more energy than I've had in years. In fact so much at times I feel life I am going to burst out of my skin. What a wonderful feeling. I was sitting in a meeting wondering if anyone was noticing because I was sure the sun was beaming out of me and my eyes felt like saucers. Also I am Chakra breathing using the mudras and I even now can say I am practicing Triangluar breathing. Still need to work more on the intake though. Meaning more water, roots and watermelon. I am feeling happy. (Even if the body says, " what I am not happy with this at all " .) I have a question… My legs are very wrestles is there anything I can do for this besides walk. I have noticed it about 3 nights in a row now. It's like they just want to jump up? Guest guest Posted January 18, 2008 Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 For restless legs, cut out all stimulants e.g. coffee, tea, coke, sugar etc. Walk bare foot in the earth to ground any excess energy. So much change in so little time...and you have the Practice to thank for that, as you well know! Good work! As for the RLS (restless leg syndrome), good news my friend, that is a signature of Kundalini and a sign that you are indeed opening yourself to the K! It comes and goes for me (more early in my awakening that now), so thank God/Shakti for the 'sign' that your K is awakening! I'm very happy for you, LJ!
