Hi Travis -

You are way too funny!! I needed that!

Does this voice tries to explain in details exactly what you are experiencing

while you are telling it " I already know that, I am feeling that, I can see

that, thank you but I don't need narrator for everything I feel, see, or sense "

You then quiet down and feeling a nice peaceful place and you hear " hey, now

that was something " and a complete description of what you are going through

while your other side is rolling its eyes and saying " oh no, not again " and

cycle again in convincing that voice " I already know that, I am feeling

that.....blah blah blah....

Sorry Travis, never had that experience.....I am that voice again! Kidding

aside I have it too! tried many things, from extreme concentration into my

breath, extreme focus on a single point in my crown chakra, talking to Shkti

" hey would you take this person out of here? " , I have noticed if I use a mantra

of some sort I am able to go back to stillness. I tried Love, God, damn would

you stop, I am Goddess, many many....so now I go into meditation with a HUGE

prayer list and an intention, then I concentrate on the word Now. It tends to

keep me in the now, most of the times. Boy yours likes to chatter too!

Hey dude? I just saw the calendar for everyone's birthday and saw that yours

is May 17th,,,guess what? That's my birthday too!!! of course I am much much

younger than you, turning 29 in May....oh right, that was not me, it was that

chatttering again....I turn 49 on May 17th!

I know I am probably not much help, but you are not alone....maybe we should

send them together for some tea...hmmm peace! Perhaps could help us

here.
