Guest guest
I would like to first let you know that my sister is doing fine and so is baby " Olivia Katherine " . My sister was sent home today with the instructions to go immediately back to the hospital if the bleeding started again. The diagnosis was placenta previa. The doctors believe it will be another 2 weeks before delivery. ON Friday morning I had a feeling that she would be going into the hospital. I had a vision that morning on Friday morning that she would be going to the hospital with the next 24 hours. On Friday evening I spoke with her, she said she had been bleeding a bit (spotting) earlier that day and was at the time of our talk in severe pain and was nauseated. I told her that she would be calling me either Friday night or Saturday to let me know she was going to the hospital. I just assumed that it was for delivery, not anything else. On Saturday (within the 24 hour period) she called me and told me she was going to the hospital. WOW! Pretty interesting! I would like to thank each one of you for the prayers, Marie, John Rooke, Elektra, Sarita, Linda, Becky, Lisa, Jen and any one I might have missed! It means so much to me and I am so proud to know that I have friends around the world I can call on for prayers when needed. That in itself is a great comfort! I love it! Thanks to all of you! Love, katherine

Guest guest
Hi Katherine Hope you are well my friend! I wanted to let you know I am praying for them and also to tell her that this same thing happened in my pregnancy with my daughter Kristy. The doctors told me I was going to lose the baby because I had lost so much blood. I was devasted and went home and prayed and prayed about how much I wanted her. Anyway not only did I have a healthy baby, she was so strong she was graded the highest score on that apgar? rating. When she came out they flipped her on my belly and even after a long labor she just kept picking up her head up to look at me. Her head would flop down and she would do it again and again and again! The nurses and doctor were laughing saying they had never seen such a determined baby! Yes she has a strong personality and has brought me so much joy! She was such a riot and never afraid of anything. We had this walker for her and she use to fly through the house, even into the dark bedrooms she never cared, just had to be on the go! So let her know, it may bring comfort! (although I did take it very easy during that time as the doctors said, which I'm sure she will too!) I am so excited for you all! There is nothing like holding a newborn baby and looking into those new eyes!!! Much love to you Katherine! Debs
