-For a lot of people the energy will start in the feet, For the body

is not seperate. Eventually there will be a waving action within the

body. For the waving action is the Gorious body or as the Buddist

would call the Illusory Body.

 

It also is a good representation of the Chakras for they are not

fixed and rotate at different speeds causing a feeling of out of

balance.

 

For some this action can be viewed in their sight, a dancing

hypnotnic neon light arriving in a brilliant white glow .
