Guest guest
During my visit with Chris and we discussed many abilities and on many I received clarifications for. I was explaining to Chris how in one of my K experiences I had an OOBE into outer space...I remember being on many energy frequencies or levels at once living my life simultaneously...what stood out to me was the fact that I could blend into the different energy frequencies, the air, water, the earths dirt and or trees, everything and nothingness. This experience always baffled me as I could not name it or figure it out and so I discussed it with Chris and he was kind enough to shed some very important light on this ability he claims that I also have. It is called shapeshifting. He explained that the Shamans practiced this...an example of shapeshifting is using the hawk or eagle and merging into them to go on their search of the lands, the same is for the wolf...to become one with wolf or any other animal for that matter. I was able to merge into many things and objects at will or thought/intention. I explained to Chris that this happens quite frequent but I did not cater to it much and the experience did not last very long. After awhile it just became a natural part of me. I do not know much about shapeshifting but that gives me something to research and read up on. Has anyone experienced this shapeshifting before? Also, after Chris gave me Shaktipat he told me that I have the word KUNDALINI written in gold on my forehead and that it is very strong and powerful and that I radiate my K quite far. Anyone being in the same room as I will be affected by K in a positive loving way. I radiate love and healing. He also informed me that my Third Eye is WIDE OPEN and I see beyond the five senses. To for me to try to slow the images down that pass my thoughts and write them down in as much detail as possible. Chris has helped me to be more open and to not be afraid of expression. He encourages me to share my knowledge and knowings to the group so that I may help or assist someone else. He said I have so much to offer the group and to not hold back. I had expressed an opinion about the affects of meditation for beginners and without proper guidance it could be traumatic or even dangerous for newbies. Many newbies are not aware that lots of mediatation can lead to higher transcendance or K activation where problems may arise. Newbies will not know how to handle the situation. Many will not have the assistance or help from this group. I really believe that those who TEACH meditation need to be aware of how K can be activated and where to locate help if needed. Many practitioners just teach without knowing what lies beyond. There needs to be a sense of responsibility in meditating as well as K precautions. Many meditators may not wish to follow the K path. I do not know if you might have thought of this at some point or other. This is just my opinion on the effects of meditating without guidance or proper information. I do know...many meditators are being unknowingly exposed to K and having difficulties with it through no fault of there own except lack of knowledge and information. I feel we need to educate where we can. What is you take on this and how do you feel about the affects of meditating? Gosh...I hope I do not step on any toes. Blessings to All, Denny
Guest guest
Merging and shapeshifting are two separate yet related expressions Denny. They are two aspects of a single expression that of the unity of all with self and the unity of self with all. With the Kundalini the choice of the merging is yours unless it is with another person which requires informed permission. Shapeshifting is similar though this in its exquisite expression is brought directly into the physical. I mean molecular transformation. Not as common as one would think and yet certainly with in the possibilities of a Kundalini Awakened individual. - , " Denny " <dennynorton wrote: > > > During my visit with Chris and we discussed many abilities and > on many I received clarifications for. Guest guest
Hi Elektra, I am Guru and i have just been a silent spectator so far. But I cannot stop myself from saying " Great " after reading your content. I share the same views and I believe that it is the most simple, down to earth and uncomplicated attitude towards meditation,or life on a broader plane. Once we set out on a journey we always try and find our way through. Let us take everything one at a time, let it be good or bad. Ultimately we stand richer by way of happiness if it is good , or experience if it is bad. I am a prctitioner of meditation without a physical Guru before me, but I am able to feel the guidance of God or the inner guide ,whatever we might call it. Warm Regards, Guru. Guest guest
Well said, Denny. Knowledge is power! I always talk about kundalini and the subtle physiology of the human when I teach a meditation class. Hadn't I known about it, my spontaneous activation years ago would have sent me straight to the mental hospital. Problem is, a lot of people are not ready to contemplate this scenario. Sometimes they react with disbelief or even fear, and occasionally people get irritated at what they see as an unnecessary intellectualism. They just want to do the practice because it feels good, and do not want to be burdened with an understanding of what exactly it does, and what it could lead to. This dangerous ignorance is perpetuated at all levels. When I trained as a hatha yoga teacher, I was prohibited to even bring up the topic of kundalini in front of fellow students. As a result of this attitude, we have yoga instructors who routinely teach asanas, pranayama, and meditation, but think that " kundalini " is a hatha yoga style like " Iyengar " or " vinyasa. " This might be part of the reason why growing numbers of people become K active nowadays, but often don't know how to deal with it. Guest guest
Hey Denny, you handsome man! Saw your pictures and wow! you are a looker, getting better and better and you have an amazing twinkle in your eyes! I support you 100% in what you stated on unguided meditation. I am a classic case of a meditator without guidance. I began meditating with out knowing of any " side " effects existing. I did buy me my little meditation book and no where was there anything that offered any information in regards to what to expect other than relaxation. When I began experiencing the chakras I hooked up with a cyber meditation teacher thinking that what I was experiencing was meditation done incorrectly. This teacher claimed that all I was experiencing was great but failed to tell me about Kundalini. The guidance I received was covered with " You are not experiencing anything but God Loving you " . If I would of continued with his teachings, right after my spontaneous explosion I would of not be here in this group and probably taking heavy doses of drugs to calm the fire within or in a mental ward. I did write an email to this teacher weeks after I came to this group, I wanted to tell him that what I was experiencing was spontaneous kundalini activation, he replied " I hardly doubt that, besides I know a lot about Kundalini and you don't want to go there " Go figure. Not long ago, I was working at a kiosk and a gal approached me. We began talking about meditation. She told me she was scared to death because of the strange noises she was hearing and weird sensations she was feeling. She did not have any guidance, so the problem does persist. BTW, she does have this group address and KAS1 web site in case she runs into any problems, along with my email address and home phone. I do not want to see or hear of anyone experiencing what I went through in the beginning. Thank you Denny for bringing up this very important issue. There should be a National campaign aimed at educating everyone interested in meditation, sparing countless people problems and anguish. Big huge hug for you Denny, I Love you sweetie! Guest guest
@@@@ Has anyone experienced this shapeshifting before? @@@@ I had this dream state recently..Nov. 20th actually. This is the first time I've ever been aware of doing that and it hasn't happened again. @@ I became aware while still asleep that there was a presence or presences and it/they felt on the negative side and I was struggling to wake on up, but I was really sluggish and couldn't think clearly. Then a strange thing happened. It seemed that I shapesifted into a large cat. I felt like I " was " this cat. My ears were drawn back and my paws where stretched open with claws out ready and I hissed and snarled at the entities and then swapped at one. I was hunch down in cat attack mode for sure. The presence left and even though I woke on up for a second or so and was back to myself, I just rolled over and went back to sleep as though it was no big thing.@@ Would you say I shapesifted in this experience, Denny? Guest guest
I am not for sure if I became activated before or after the starting a medication program, but things started to really cook after about three months of meditating daily. I had free counciling with this meditation program, but they did not know what was happening with me. The only thing I knew of Kundalini at that time is the little that was mentioned in the " Fountian of Youth " booklet. This is the little book that has the 6 Tibetans written. Some year early probably about 8 or 9, I had practiced the 5 Tibetan daily for a long time, until I begain having alot of problems. From reading the book I thought you would not experience kundalini as long as you did not do the 6th Tibetan. LOL! Wrong! The pastor of the church I attented said several times that we should not experienment with yoga and that type of meditation, because it could open us up to the spirit world unprepared. I guess he was right, but I didn't listen, in fact it made me even more courious, since I had experienced many paranormal happenings since youth anyways. I think that is why I was drawn the Fountian of Youth book in the first place. I think it was meant for me to experience Kundalini, all these things was means for me to get there...here where I am now. I would say there are many people who meditate and it does not open them to K, that is just my guess. I feel that many more people are experiencing k now in this age, because it is meant for them too. Meditation and such is what gets them there. I agree with Elektra, everything that one experiences has a purpose and it is pretty much planned before birthing into the life we are having now.
