Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 I had this visual come through 2 days ago during a group guided meditation and a friend said it might be kundalini related. The meditation was taken from what Larry - that's the leader of our group - wanted to use some of " Adam's the dream healer " (as he said it) methods. One was to image the all the energy of the universe being drawn into our body and then pulsating outward back into the universe until all that's left was this bright glow. Then the second part was to image our body in a waterfall and that it was replenishing us and refreshing our being. Well during the second method as I was imaging this in my minds eye when the water hit my head instead of going through my body like I intended instead it was like some else or something decided it's better that I watch the water vaporize my body. Then when it was gone another body of the water came out of the waterfall and entered my body. Kundalini never came to my mind about this, but my friend suggested I bring it here, but I Think that was sorta about death of the old body and the birth of a new one.
