Guest guest
Hello everyone. I am glad to be here in your kundalini haven. I had what I think was a KA recently. I had a healing from a lady and I started to get very hot and she also was perspiring with my heat. I won the healing at a bookshop party so it wasnt a planned healing. I had a bladder infection start the night after the healing, and when that was over, I had some lower back issues. I could hardly move for three days. I have had back issues in the past but nothing like this. Would you say that having Kundalini awakened prematurely creates these problems, or perhaps Spirit wanted it to be awakened in me now? I asked Spirit what was going on, and saw a vision of an animal, not sure what, as I could only see its mouth. The mouth was slightly open, and it had the most powerful breath. Each time it exhaled, it belched out violet coloured fire. So thats my experience so far. I look forward to sharing with you all. CV

Guest guest
Thank you Claudia. What I wondered was, if my KA was premature, what do I do? After the pain I went through with my back and bladder, does this mean I will go through other pain as it moves further up? So many questions! Guest guest
Start following the Safeties faithfully and your awakening should smooth out. Try not to fear but to accept and surrender to the process. This will make the going much easier. Sarita , " celticvoice6 " <celticvoice6 wrote: > > Thank you Claudia. Guest guest
I don't know if 'premature' is the right word...one's K awakens when it is meant to awaken, so it is neither too early or too late, LOL! Rest easy, new friend...you are in the right place and your questions will be answered, if not by or one of us....then by your inner guidance. It is perfect and beautiful. Guest guest
Dear CV, Hello and WELCOME. I'm not sure as to whether or not that was kundalini as an effective energy session can begin something called a healing crisis which could also be an explanation for this. Or merely an unblocking of a chakra. I once gave a reiki attunement level 1 to a girl and she had severe sickness and fever after as she began purging something. I was using some special methods during the attunement and they seemed to empower the process. It could well be K though as there are many ways to experience it. I'm happy that a trip to the book store turned out to be such an adventure for you....LOL Hugs Elektra x x x ________ Sent from Mail - a smarter inbox http://uk.mail. Guest guest
Hello Elektra, I wondered if it might be a blocked chakra. But what unblocks the chakra, if not kundalini? I have not experienced the bliss that some speak of, and that is what made me doubt at first. I had a wonderful blissful experience a couple of months ago, which I called in my journal my " Gnostic Experience " , but with that, I didnt experience any energy rising or anything. Just peace. Guest guest
Hi CV, Chakra's can unblock for many reasons. Sometimes due to an energetic charge, not only brought on by kundalini but also chi flow, reiki. If we have released something emotionally through forgiviness. Depending on the chakra. Different emotional knots will be stored in different chakra's. I had a very interesting reiki session with some dude who turned up at my place in thailand, when I lived there, the next day I fell asleep giving myself reiki and awoke to my heart chakra just glowing. I had been focusing energy back through time to the 14 year old me. BOOM.... I asked the guy what had he done to me and he said nothing, I had done it all myself. I felt a lot of energy in my body but it wasn't kundalini as I was not activated when I joined the list. We often do these things intuitively and it's hard to put the process in to words and so we don't often even realise what we are doing as we heal ourselves. It seems quite miraculous almost when we feel something energetic taking place within. This is why we may mistake powerful energetic experiences with the K. I have had a few times when I could have thought K was up to something but it was a different kind of energy. But they were all leading me to deeper wellness and getting me ready for k activation., Lots of love and Kundalini flow... Guest guest
Hi Elektra, I feel that my whole life has been about my spiritual path and many changes, etc. How does one know if kundalini is activated? Everyone seems to have different experiences. Are there any signs that say for sure it is kundalini? And if it was a block in my chakra being unblocked, is that not kundalini? Because it all started with the healer (she wasnt a Reiki healer) I feel she activated something. And the tremendous heat, I have never experienced before. Guest guest
CV, We all experience things differently while at the same time we can have some likeness as well. You will know in your heart of hearts that she is awakened, but some of the phenomena that one can experience are listed below. They are some that has listed and I have cut and pasted an old post he made. I hope this helps you some. Love, Katherine Chrism wrote: The following are " some " of the common manifestations of the risen Kundalini: Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms. Energy rushes or immense electricity circulating the body. Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations. Intense heat or cold. Involuntary bodily movements (occur more often during meditation, rest or sleep): jerking, tremors, shaking; feeling an inner force pushing one into postures or moving one's body in unusual ways. (May be misdiagnosed as epilepsy, restless legs syndrome (RLS), or PLMD.) Alterations in eating and sleeping patterns. Episodes of extreme hyperactivity or, conversely, overwhelming fatigue (some CFS victims are experiencing Kundalini awakening). Intensified or diminished sexual desires. Headaches, pressures within the skull. Racing heartbeat, pains in the chest. Digestive system problems. Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg). Pains and blockages anywhere; often in the back and neck. (Many cases of FMS are Kundalini-related) . Emotional outbursts; rapid mood shifts; seemingly unprovoked or excessive episodes of grief, fear, rage, depression. Spontaneous vocalizations (including laughing and weeping) -- are as unintentional and uncontrollable as hiccoughs. Hearing an inner sound or sounds, classically described as a flute, drum, waterfall, birds singing, bees buzzing but which may also sound like roaring, whooshing, or thunderous noises or like ringing in the ears. Mental confusion; difficulty concentrating. Altered states of consciousness: heightened awareness; spontaneous trance states; mystical experiences (if the individual's prior belief system is too threatened by these, they can lead to bouts of psychosis or self-grandiosity) . Heat, strange activity, and/or blissful sensations in the head, particularly in the crown area. Ecstasy, bliss and intervals of tremendous joy, love, peace and compassion. Psychic experiences: extrasensory perception; out-of-body experiences; pastlife memories; astral travel; direct awareness of auras and chakras; contact with spirit guides through inner voices, dreams or visions; healing powers. Increased creativity: new interests in self-expression and spiritual communication through music, art, poetry, etc. Intensified understanding and sensitivity: insight into one's own essence; deeper understanding of spiritual truths; exquisite awareness of one's environment (including " vibes " from others). Enlightenment experiences: direct Knowing of a more expansive reality; transcendent awareness. celticvoice6 <celticvoice6 Monday, January 28, 2008 10:45:08 PM Re: Hello from Celticvoice Hi Elektra, I feel that my whole life has been about my spiritual path and many changes, etc. How does one know if kundalini is activated? Guest guest
Dear Cv, I am not saying that your experience was not Kundalini, it may well have been, I do not know for sure and cannot tell you. would be better at answering that question. I was merely pointing out that many energetic experiences can be felt that are not K related but still have similar symptoms. Healers that use magnetism for instance generate heat. Reiki generates heat. Only you know how the heat felt, what happened after. But it is not only kundalini that unblocks chakras or feels warm. If it was a base chakra sensation then it may well be Mother K. One thing I know for sure, if you stick around here and do the practice you will be having Kundalini experiences and much more! Guest guest
Hi Elektra, I am grateful for all your feedback. I am sure I will soon find out. I am doing the 5 Tibetans. I have come across them before and had found a site that actually shows the movements - http://www.lifeevents.org/5-tibetans-energy-rejuvenation- exercises.htm If you scroll down, you will see the movements. Are they accurate? Interestingly, I have been heavily involved with the Free Tibet movement and studied Tibetan Buddhism for some years. I am not so involved now, as I felt I wanted to go my own way, but I do like the Tibetans very much and their teachings. They never mentioned the 5 Tibetan exercises though. Yes, the healer did generate heat, and she was hot too, but it was what happened after, with the tremendous heat that went on for another week or two. When I put an ice pack on it for 20 mins every hour, I couldnt feel the cold! Thats how hot it was...
