Guest guest
These last few days I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my head and my eyes feel like flying saucers. I am not sure how to describe the eye part. I'm not feeling it right now so much but it's like the light is 100 times intensified in my eyes and it's a saucer like feeling. Also when I am sharing with people the things that are coming out of my mouth are incredible. What I guess I mean is, it sounds like the person speaking is someone else because that person sounds full of wisdom. I am speaking thoughts that I would never be able to put together not like that. And now tonight all of a sudden I felt very worn out so I tried to lie down but my head feels like a heart beat when it is rising. So I tried to do some mediations thinking it would calm down and my whole chest up to my head was thumping like I have just run 60 miles but added to that a very deep intense thumping. It's not so bad again right now. I decided I didn't drink enough water today so I am doing that. (I did eat watermelon today) I feel dizzy kind of but a weird dizzy. Thump Thump Thump. Sorry if I sound like a whiner. I am not realy. I know I am to be honest about what is real or not but this has never happend and I am just not sure what it is. Please tell me this is all normal... Guest guest
No worries Laura, it all sounds like K to me. I had the thumbing in the heart chakra this week and chrism said it was my heart chakra expanding. Have you been practicing all the Safeties and the Tibetans? It is important to do so. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/index.html Chrism will reply soon. He is traveling right now, but will be back soon. Guest guest
This all sounds normal Laura. You should speak with though and see if there are certain things you should be avoiding right now that will alleviate your symptoms. Guest guest
I'm glad I read Chrism's reply, as I would have said the same thing especially about the meditation, later on meditation will have a new meaning. For now take as much as you need and if it seems to be getting to an uncomfortable state I have a suggestion that might work. This is my opinion and is not tested so if it works for you let me know. When these pressures become intolerant to your level try doing busy work. The idea is the same as when you are trying to converse with a child on an important matter. The child starts fidgeting, rocking back and fourth, and really not making that eye contact. The child is trying to channel this input energy to other areas but unlike the adult Kundalini is in greater understanding. With me it seems that activities that require eye hand coordination work very well. Arts and crafts, housework, working on the auto, but be careful of drawing and reading or other things that might throw the mind into deep thought. Something that would recall ancient thought or feelings, which is reminiscent of meditation, can give this fullness of the head. With me these two activities are highly associated with meditation. The idea with me of busy work that requires no imagination or thought is a switching process, which alters the body chemistry and turns the neural processes to another direction. AND yes I would consider this to be a normal Kundalini process too. , " laurashomefires " <laurashomefires wrote: > > Please tell me this is all normal... >
Guest guest
Hi Laura I am no expert, but would strongly suggest being grounded. For me I hugged trees, sat on rocks and walked on the grass bearfoot and went for walks in the forrest and country. Chrism, will respond with wisdom, love and advice. blessings and love nick --- laurashomefires <laurashomefires wrote: > These last few days I have been feeling a lot of > pressure in my head > and my eyes feel like flying saucers.
